Yes! You do not have to be experienced or be of a certain fitness level. We only have 6 people per class at Renew so exercises can be modified and adapted for individuals if and when needed. Please select a Beginner class when booking yourself in through the online booking platform.


Yes - in fact Pilates is brilliant for pre and post natal women as it helps achieve good pelvic floor conditioning amongst many other benefits. Please note: Pre natal ladies should attend Beginner classes only. 


All classes are 50 minutes



Yes - free on street parking for 1 hour. 



Results are usually felt before they are seen.


You will notice posture improvement which in turn will mean less aches and pains. You will feel less restriction in your movement and more awareness of your body.

You can also expect to experience faster recovery from other workouts and sports.

Physically you will begin to notice more muscle tone develop and you will feel stronger and more stable especially in relation to your core.


Consistency is key. 2-3 sessions a week are advised for 4-6 weeks for results to take effect. If you are only able to attend once a week you will still gain results it will just take a little longer.


BEGINNER CLASSES are suited to those:

  • Who have no experience using the Reformer. 
  • Who prefer to go at a slightly slower pace
  • Who may be recovering from injury or surgery. Or experiencing joint pain.
  • Who are pregnant or resuming exercise after pregnancy
  • Who wish to practise more of the basic exercises

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES are suited to those:

  • Who have prior experience using a Reformer and want to progress.
  • Who wish to practise some more varied and dynamic moves.
  • Who do not have any existing injuries which restrict their movement
